Having recently won 3rd place in the Mr. & Ms. Philippines PFBB National Bodybuilding and Fitness Championship 2006 held April 29, 2006 Welterweight Division, Oleen can match up to anyone, any contender and any event.

Oleen started out joining male modeling pageants and Bikini Open events in Bacolod City until he was discovered by the owner of Sam's Gym in Bacolod City - Samuel Johnsolon. Mr. Johnsolon saw a potential in him to develop his physique for bodybuilding competitions. He offered him to train at his gym and after just 1 month, he joined the Western Visayas Bodybuilding Competition in Iloilo City in July 2004. He won the Novice category! The training and competition bug bit him and he's been well on his way to more challenges since.
